Why should a kitchen look like a kitchen? If we want to encourage a new way of cooking, in which waste is reduced to a minimum and everything (from buying to garbage) is being rethought, we should start at the very beginning: a kitchen that stimulates the act of cooking as a creative performative process, in which we are aware of every step and that allows us to try things new. The cook is now the artist.
KochreVier is a communicative mobile kitchen open to everyone, where resources are limited and therefore very valuable. The waste left after cooking is sorted in and visibly stored so that it can be used for something else.
